BOOKING RULES • Minimum booking: 2 hours • Full-day / event bookings: reserve 3–7 days in advance • 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm CANCELLATION • More than 48h notice: 50% deposit refunded • Less than 48h: deposit non-refundable ADDITIONAL COSTS (not included, covered by client) • Transportation & itinerary • Food & beverages • Accommodation (for overnight or multi-day) • Extra assistance (accessibility, non-medical)
